    Having worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, Anthony’s keen eye for design has led him to lead multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects. As a union trade carpenter, Anthony’s tenacity and dedication to the job is what drove him to launch his own construction company. Anthony’s belief in customer service and exceptional craftsmanship has been a pillar throughout his career. As a visionary himself Anthony prides himself on always looking to the future and bringing the most value to his clients.

    Chad Ray is a Texas Licensed CPA with extensive knowledge and experience in creating successful partnerships. As Managing Partner, Chad believes honesty and transparency are the cornerstones to any successful partnership and will be available at all times.

    Erin is a creative strategist with a passion to create extraordinary brand experiences. With a natural ability to merge concept with craft, Erin has collaborated on teams to create award-winning design and advertising work in nearly every medium from digital to print to experiential graphic design. Erin has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years launching master planned communities, mixed-use developments and working alongside top real estate agents. Erin has the appropriate experience and energy to get the job done!

    Bernado’s passion for construction is evident with any job he steps foot on. As a native Texan and local Fort Worthian, having worked in the construction field for over 30 years, Bernado is an integral part of our team. Ensuring projects run on time as our project manager Bernado’s expertise in the industry positions him to be a valuable asset. Coupled with his natural ability to problem solve while in the field, he is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

    ASST. PROJECT MANAGER

    Prior to joining Tri Best, Alec has 5 years of experience managing projects in the commercial landscape industry, with a focus on irrigation. He has extensive knowledge on how to lead crews, which allows him to effectively and efficiently help lead projects to completion.

    Alec is eager to connect with clients and prides himself on his communication and openness with both our internal teams and our customers.
